Shipping

  • Processing time: 
    - Retail orders: Processed within 1-2 business days.
    - Large B2B orders: Processing and production times may vary depending on order volume and customization requirements. Please allow additional time, typically 2–3 weeks, to ensure quality and certification compliance.

  • Delivery: We ship within France, the EU, Switzerland, and internationally. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or specified in your B2B agreement.

  • Tracking: All orders include tracking numbers.

  • Customs & Duties: International buyers are responsible for customs fees, import duties, and taxes.
     


Returns

  • Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 14 days for defective or damaged products only.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.

  • Process: Contact us at info@hhethicanova.com before returning any products. We will provide instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label.

  • Refunds: Approved returns will be refunded via the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
