Our single-use products are made from cellulose, a plastic-free, biodegradable, and compostable material. Product descriptions, specifications, and certifications are provided to ensure clarity. While we strive for accuracy, minor variations in size, color, or texture may occur due to the natural origin of materials.

3. Orders & Payments

Orders can be placed via our online store or through direct B2B agreements. All prices are listed in EUR unless otherwise specified. Payment must be made in full before shipment unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver worldwide. Estimated delivery times are provided but may vary depending on logistics and customs processes. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns only for defective or damaged goods within 14 days of delivery. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

6. Liability

Our products are designed for single-use only. HH EthicaNOVA is not liable for misuse, improper storage, or use beyond intended purposes.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France and the European Union. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of France.
